Testimonials

On 10/7/2026 Christopher Behymer had this to say:
I made an appointment for my oil to be changed in my pro charger after searching for certified pro charger dealers. On the way there two blocks away my belt on my Pro charger blew due to a pulley lock up. I pulled into the parking lot, and I was met by the owner assuring me everything would be ok etc. They had it fixed and ready the next day and were the best folks I felt I could have found. I asked if I needed the upgraded spark plugs that another shop told me I needed, and the owner at ARK told me I didn't need them as I already had them in it. I was impressed by the shop as the store front blocks it off, but when you go to the back you will see how big of an operation they have and some cool cars in the back. I had just got a rock chip the week before, and the owner had his fried fill it before I picked up. Top notch all the way around and I will be going back for all my vehicles. Cool place and the husband-and-wife team owners are very cool and communicative. Chad Behymer

On 8/11/2026 Ashraf Elgamal had this to say:
I stopped by Ark Fabrication today for my first visit with a very small custom job, and they treated me like a long-time customer from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff and technician were incredibly friendly, helped me immediately, and completed my walk-in request in less than 5 minutes—no appointment needed. Outstanding customer service, fast turnaround, and true professionalism. Highly recommend!

On 8/5/2026 Nicholas Hatchel had this to say:
The customer service here is truly top-notch. I was calling around the valley looking for someone to cut a piece of aluminum extrusion for me. It wasn’t a complicated cut, but it was more than I felt comfortable doing myself. I called and asked and was warmly welcomed to come in and they would take care of it. Once I arrived they immediately took time out of their busy schedule and cut the pieces for me. Care was taken as they even coated it in masking tape to make sure the finish was protected. It wasn’t easy and truly a fantastic experience and I will definitely go back in the future if the need arises. I definitely recommend them.

On 8/5/2026 Randy B. had this to say:
I had air springs/compressor installed in my 2500 Ram HD and they did a great job. Honest people that were a pleasure to work with. They will be the first place I call for any additional work I may need done.

On 7/2/2026 Mike Yaeger had this to say:
Top notch! Greg and his wife were a God send! I was traveling across country hauling a classic Camaro when my old 74’ Chevy van quit working on me, Greg was referred to me by the local Napa auto parts store. I contacted him and he arranged to have my van and trailer towed and stored until the following morning at Estrella Collision Center, Jason Smith the owner is another incredible person. Early the next morning Greg jumped right on it, figured out the problem and did an incredible repair job! I truly am grateful to Greg, his wife, and Jason who saved my life!
